Responsibilities for Marcomm:

  • Convene market research and establish trends on technological development and disruption to industry, in doing so, identify existing functional gaps and potential opportunities; thereafter, facilitate product conceptualization, feasibility study, and market validation
  • Maintain in depth understanding of the respective local and regional market trending and expectations, including corresponding industry regulations
  • Devise product from concept, including development roadmap, resourcing, budget and pricing strategy, and implementing the end-to-end product development framework
  • Work with the software development and testing team on the end-to-end product software development lifecycle. In doing so, support the product manager in fine-tuning the product roadmap incorporating feedback from end-users, sales, and pre-sales teams
  • Measure the effectiveness of the strategies and the plans made by different departments for a product

Requirements for Product Specialist Contact Center:

  • Experience: Min +3 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree/Post
  • Graduate Degree: MBA in Marketing/Product Management/Computer Science / Information Technology/ Telecommunication/ Business Studies/ Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia
  • Skill Highlights: Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Marketing Knowledge, Detail Oriented, ERP, CMS
  • Personality: Sense of ownership, responsibility, logical thinking, and effective planning, being proactive, details-oriented, and as a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest. Good telephone and email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking
  • Experienced handle Contact Center
