Responsibilities for Recruitment Specialist:

  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management for positions primarily in engineering functions but not limited to non-engineering functions
  • To work with User to understand the business context and identify hiring needs
  • Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations during the recruitment process and build a strong relationship with them
  • To facilitate actively and think strategically in proposing solutions to fulfill hiring needs
  • Ensure hiring is facilitated and executed properly within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Manage to onboard and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboarded in the company

Requirements for Recruitment Specialist:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related majors
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in Headhunter company
  • Required Skill(s): Recruitment end to end process, Ms. Office, good communication, negotiation, and interviewing
  • Possess good analytical thinking, dynamic, creative, tough, and fast learner
  • Having an ability to work with multiple deadlines and a fast-paced work environment
  • Can-do attitude
  • Have experience working with an IT Company

Responsibilities for Customer Service (Chat Commerce Project):

  • Check transaction status on web billers and Telegram
  • Able to apply the Web dashboard
  • Making list problem Reports
  • Solve Customer Problems
  • Check transactions with SQL
  • Convert Database (SQLYog and Microsoft SQL Server Management) use pivot office Excel
  • Testing API from Postman
  • Familiar apps Putty and flow chart
  • Create Reporting (pivot table dan basic formula)
  • Experience meeting with external clients

Requirements for Customer Service (Chat Commerce Project):

  • Experience min. 1 Year in Customer Service in IT Industry/IT Service Desk/IT Business Analyst/IT Helpdesk
  • Have a good knowledge in responding and handling customers
  • Have a patience in serving customers
  • Able to give the right answer in a proper way
  • Able to operate MySQL and Microsoft Office (such as: Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work in Office/Hybrid (South Jakarta)
  • Available to work in shifting

Responsibilities for Junior Internal Auditor (IT):

  • Prepare audit plan and conduct audit visit for each department in company
  • Ensure the implementation of the audit program activities
  • Responsible to follow up and evaluate the audit results to improve the operational system & business
  • Ensure the availability of supporting/follow up documents from the auditee, for review and analysis during auditing
  • Report to head of Compliance Internal Audit & Process regarding audit result and problem with a recommendation
  • Monitor and make sure that all internal comply with the company’s SOP
  • Verification of Asset, products, and business operational processes to establish functionality and effectiveness
  • Archive and documentation of audit results and evidence
  • Ensure the provision of support to the external auditors, the audit committee, and other supervisory institutions

Requirements for Junior Internal Auditor (IT):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Accounting or IT (Information Technology)
  • Have 2 – 3 years experience as auditor, Experience in public Accountant Firm or ISO consultant firm would be a value added
  • Familiar with Business Operational Procedure, Accounting, Finance and Auditing (preferable at IT Company)
  • Certified or experienced with internal auditing or ISO 9001 / 27001, or equivalent
  • Be able to communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers, and customers
  • Good analytical thinking and able to work with tight deadline
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide solutions / recommendations
  • Computer literate
  • Polite, Good attitude and have a good communication skill
  • Good command in english, both oral and written
  • Be able to work individually and in a team
