Corporate Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is the company’s responsibility to consider the indirect impacts on the environment and society of the company’s business activities and other stakeholders. The company’s social responsibility encompasses various aspects, such as:

  1. Environmental Protection: Implementing environmentally friendly programs by creating an eco-friendly office (green office) through initiatives to save paper usage, optimizing the use of email or other digital applications to communicate announcements or policy changes, saving energy in terms of electricity and water usage, and controlling fuel emissions due to the company’s continued implementation of Work From Home.
  2. Legal Compliance: The company is obligated to comply with applicable regulations and avoid business practices that violate the law or ethical norms.
  3. Employee Care: The company is committed to recruiting local labor from the areas around the company’s operations. This is a contribution to improving the well-being of the community. The company also ensures that employees are treated fairly and with respect, provided with safe and healthy working conditions, and given opportunities to develop and enhance their skills.

Corporate social responsibility can help the company achieve more sustainable business goals and build a positive corporate image in the eyes of the community.
